What a pleasant surprise this album is. This is an excellent collection of easygoing, laid back acoustic ballads by the ex-Razorlight drummer and stand-in drummer with New York indie rockers We Are Scientists. He’s not just good with the sticks, his voice is brilliant and very easy on the ears. Seems he’s a very talented fellow.

Having showed off some of his vocals on the 2011 Christmas album entitled Funny Looking Angels which he made with Editor’s frontman Tom Smith. The band were known simply as Smith & Burrows.

The album kicks off with the singles 'Because I Know That I Can' and the highly radio friendly and incredibly catchy 'Keep On Moving On'. This features some very subtle keyboards and a cracking guitar solo.

Most of the songs are about relationship break-ups and moving on. 'Hometown' is my favourite track here and features the excellent line, "is only happy if he’s sad, he has his cannons which he fires, the only boy I know who cannot cry". Strings on this and the rest of the album are played by the London Metropolitan Orchestra.

Company is an excellent, good all rounder and will do nothing to harm his reputation whatsoever.

Andy has recently produced the music for the sequel to the 1982 Christmas animated short movie The Snowman. Entitled The Snowman & the Snowdog, it includes his song 'Light the Night'.
